Venture Resource presents the offer to the Seller and answers any questions regarding the offer.

The Seller accepts the offer as written or responds with a counteroffer.

Once a bonafide offer is made and accepted, the Buyer begins the process of due diligence and inspects detailed business information.

All contingencies are removed from the Offer to Purchase.

After all necessary documents are forwarded to the closing attorney closing documents are prepared.
